Supply & Logistics
Construction materials sourced and delivered to your site — cement, steel, aggregates, bitumen, and heavy equipment transport across North India.
Service Overview
Materials and Transport
When you're running a construction site, waiting for materials is expensive. Work stops, labour sits idle, and the programme slips. We supply construction materials and handle the transport so that doesn't happen to your project.
We have working relationships with cement dealers, steel stockists, quarries, RMC plants, and bitumen depots across Delhi, UP, Bihar, and Jharkhand. That means we can source materials at competitive rates and get them to site on a schedule that matches your construction phases — not whenever the supplier feels like dispatching.
We also move heavy equipment between project sites using our own tippers and transport vehicles, and arrange low-bed trailers for larger machines like excavators and pavers. On site, we track what's been received, what's been consumed, and what needs reordering, so you don't run out of cement on a pouring day or end up with 50 tonnes of aggregate sitting in the rain without a tarpaulin.
What We Supply
- Cement, steel & reinforcement bars
- Aggregates, sand & gravel
- Ready-mix concrete
- Bitumen & asphalt products
- Bricks, blocks & masonry materials
- Formwork & scaffolding materials
Why Supply Delays Kill Projects
When cement doesn't arrive on pouring day, your labour sits idle and the programme slips. We have supplier relationships across Delhi, UP, Bihar, and Jharkhand — we know who delivers on time and whose test certificates are reliable. Materials arrive when your construction phase needs them, not whenever the dealer feels like dispatching.

Our Process
How It Works
Material Takeoff
We work from your drawings and BOQ to list exactly what's needed and when. Quantities are tied to construction phases so materials arrive in the right order, not all at once.
Sourcing
We get quotes from suppliers we've worked with before. Price matters, but so does whether they can actually deliver on time and provide test certificates. A cheap supplier who sends the wrong grade of steel wastes more money than they save.
Ordering
Purchase orders go out with clear specs — grade, quantity, delivery date. For steel, we require mill test certificates. For cement, manufacturing date (nobody wants to use cement that's been sitting in a godown for three months).
Delivery
Bulk materials move on our own tippers. Bagged goods and steel come by hired transport when volumes justify it. We schedule deliveries to match the site's unloading capacity — no point sending three trucks if there's only one crane.
Receiving & Storage
Materials checked on arrival — quantity against the challan, visual inspection for damage or wrong grade. Cement stored off the ground and covered. Steel sorted by diameter. Aggregates stockpiled on clean hardstanding, not in mud.
Stock Tracking
We keep a running count of what's on site. When stock drops below a reorder level, the next batch is already on its way. Wastage is tracked too — if consumption is running higher than the BOQ, we flag it early.
